Daphne, AL which is located in Baldwin County has been steadily growing for a long time, however, there is still a lot of rural ground available and developers are taking advantage of the opportunity. Below is a list of all neighborhoods in Daphne that is very active when it comes to new construction. Some of these neighborhoods are a few years old with new homes still being built and others are really just getting started.
The search criteria that I used contains homes that were built no earlier than 2015. All prices ranges are reflected in this list but most of the homes will fall between $200,000 and $300,000. Here are the Daphne neighborhoods that have the newest homes.
